During the production process of plastic ties, the bending angle of the equipment should not be increased too much, and the pressure should not be increased too much, otherwise it will damage the material ties and affect their service life.

If plastic ties are not well controlled in printing, it can cause pollutants to appear on the plastic ties. What are the causes of pollutants?.

In the process of printing plastic zip ties, the zip ties that appear on the same printing plate in the printed pattern are always in the same position with a regular direction, even if the scraper moves left and right while the zip tie position remains unchanged. The reason for the occurrence of zip ties is due to the coarse particles in the ink pushing up the scraper during printing. Although the scraper moves left and right, it cannot drive the coarse particles, resulting in a fixed position zip tie fault on the printed product. The most fundamental way to eliminate such faults is to filter the ink again. When filtering, it is recommended to use a 140 mesh metal screen, then check if the ink scraper is damaged, and finally turn on the printing machine. It should be pointed out that sometimes irregular ties of varying thickness may appear on printed products, and this type of tie should be overhauled from the beginning.

Another reason is that the plastic tie is worn on the roller of the paper receiving chain sleeve, causing the tie to be skewed and resulting in paper loss. As is well known, the movement of the winding chain on the guide rail is achieved by the sleeve roller rotating on the chain link pin shaft. After long-term use of the plastic tie machine, the sleeve roller of the chain connecting the paper receiving bite row is worn due to heavy force, and the edges are more severe, causing a change in the handover position when the paper receiving bite row receives the paper. Sometimes, the bite teeth cannot hold the paper, resulting in paper loss failure.

Troubleshooting: After repeated inspection, it was confirmed that the fault was caused by severe wear of the chain sleeve rollers. To achieve this, it is necessary to shut down the machine and replace the sleeve roller that connects the paper receiving teeth rack.
