Nylon zip tie factory teaches you how to remove printing ghosting.
During the printing process, nylon zip ties often exhibit ghosting on the printed material, which occurs around the nylon. This phenomenon often occurs in two situations: firstly, the biting force of the embossing drum on the nylon is too small, which is caused by improper adjustment of the biting force. During printing, the biting force of the embossing drum on the nylon is held for printing, and due to the influence of printing pressure, the biting teeth cause the phenomenon of paper spitting out (unable to hold the nylon), which causes the entire nylon to move incorrectly, resulting in comprehensive ghosting; The second issue is that the handover time between the embossing drum and the paper feeding teeth is not sufficient. At this time, the common elimination method for the two types of nylon tie belt teeth is to first adjust the biting force of the entire tooth row due to the low pressure of the nylon tie belt. The adjustment method is shown in Figure 2-37. For the overlapping caused by the inappropriate handover time, the opening and closing cam of the paper feeding teeth should be adjusted. According to the handover time between the paper feeding teeth and the imprinting drum biting teeth, the imprinting drum biting teeth hold the nylon, and after 10-15 seconds, the paper feeding teeth will open and release the paper. At this time, the opening cam should drive the opening swing rod to open the paper feeding teeth.
